Meeting & Events: Agincourt Mall Planning Framework Review
We want your input! There will be opportunities to get involved with the Review in each phase. Check here regularly to stay up to date. Information regarding upcoming events, consultation materials and summaries from past meetings & events are listed below.
You are invited to participate in a Public Open House to discuss the future of the Agincourt Mall and the surrounding area.
Join us on November 6, 2017! We want you to tell us what is working well and what needs to be improved in the area. The success of the Planning Framework Review depends on input from members of the local community. With your help, the vision developed for the area will lead to long-term improvements and benefits for residents, businesses and the community.
This Open House will focus only on the Planning Framework Review. A Charrette and other Public Open Houses on the Planning Framework Review will be scheduled in December 2017 and in 2018. A separate community consultation meeting to present and discuss the Agincourt Mall development application will be scheduled later in 2018.
A development application has been received to permit the redevelopment of the Agincourt Mall with a mix of uses including residential, retail, office, community facility space and a new public park.
Given the complexity and size of this development application, the City of Toronto is launching its own Planning Framework Review to guide and inform its recommendations on the application and the surrounding area. The Agincourt Mall Planning Framework Review will look at ways to manage future growth of the mall lands and the surrounding area to create a vibrant and complete community.
